Financial and Return Policy

At The Christian Eye Clinic, We strive to provide you with the best in the Eye Care Industry with Quality Trendy Frames and Cutting Edge Ophthalmic Lenses. To help minimize the cost to our patients, the following policies and procedures are put in place.

 

Financial Policy

 

• All Fees are due at the time of service.

• Depending on the nature of your complaint (Medical Vs Vision), The proper insurance will be billed accordingly.

• If you want your insurance to contribute to your Exam and / or Eyewear, You must provide us with your Photo ID and a Valid Ins. ID and all the necessary information to process your claim. We will do our best to verify eligibility and determine the amount contributed by your Ins. The remaining balance is your responsibility.

• In the event the insurance carrier denies or partially pays the claim for any reason; that portion will be your responsibility and will be billed to you.

• We accept Cash, Checks, Credit, Debt, and HSA Cards for amounts more than $10.00 ($1.00 processing fees is added for smaller amounts). Photo ID is required.

• You will get a FREE Cleaning Kit (Lens Cleaner & Large Microfiber Cloth) when you pay with a check for orders $500 or more.

• A $25.00 Deposit is required for special order frames that will be credited towards your eyewear purchase. In the event you decided not to buy, $10.00 will be kept to cover the shipping back and forth and you will be refunded $15.00

• Any payments will be applied to the oldest balance first.

• Bad Checks will incur a 40% collection surcharge.

 

Return Policy

 

• We will work with you to resolve any issue to make your eye wear looks the very best and works the way it is intended to.

• Most frames are warrantied for one year against manufacturer defects.

• Certain types of ophthalmic lenses are warrantied for 1 year against defects or scratches.

• Custom and Rx. ophthalmic lens orders are non-refundable.

• Unopened and undamaged contact lens boxes are returnable for exchange only. A 20% restocking and shipping fee will apply.

• When a refund is warranted, a check will be issued to the person who paid the charges. In case of charges to HSA Cards, it the patient responsibility to return the fund back to the HSA.
